STOTT PILATES® Workshops

Introduction Text

Workshops are an excellent way to increase your knowledge, regenerate and challenge your clients, and improve your teaching skills. Most of the workshops we offer provide continuing education credits toward certification.  0.6 STOTT PILATES® Continuing Education Credits are required each year to retain your STOTT PILATES® Certification. 

Upcoming Workshop Conference Dates:

  • March 10-12, 2017
  • May 5-7, 2017
  • September 29 - October 1, 2017
  • December 1-3, 2017

STOTT PILATES® offers eight distinct specialization tracks that certified instructors can achieve. These Specialty Tracks are:

  • Athletic Conditioning
  • Golf Conditioning
  • Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning
  • Active for Life
  • Pre- and Post-Natal
  • Dance
  • Group Mat
  • Group Equipment

Upon completion of eight workshops in any of the eight Specialty Tracks, you will set yourself apart as a STOTT PILATES® Specialist in the field of your choice. There is no time limit on completing the components and you earn CECs at the same time! For Specialty Track descriptions click here.

Athletic Conditioning Specialist

JG FIT, by John Garey Fitness & Pilates, is our Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor Training Program.  JG FIT consists multiple modules designed to prepare participants to become successful Fitness and Personal Trainers. Modules contain essential information that will help prepare participants studying to take any of the top national certification exams for Personal Trainers and/or Group Fitness Instructors.  Modules can be taken individually and in any order.

To register for workshops at John Garey Fitness & Pilates in Long Beach, call the studio at (562) 598-8585.

REFUND POLICY: Full payment is due no later than 3 weeks prior to the date of the workshop. No refunds. Receive studio credit of amount paid for single workshop if request is made within 3 weeks of workshop date. Studio Credit must be used within 6 months. No transfers or studio credits within 1 week of workshop date.
