anatomy review
IIn this
5 hour prep course, you'll learn all of the muscles
and anatomy information you're expected to know
for the exam - PLUS MORE. Anatomy is learned by
repitition - so hearing it again will only help
in preparation process. You'll see slides of the
muscles that are from the same photos used on the
exam. Muscles will be related to the STOTT PILATES
exercises where appropriate. This review is meant
as an exam prep and will focus on the information
needed to do well on the exam - At the end of the
session you'll take an Anatomy Quiz based on the
information learned. This is a great opportunity
to find out what areas need more study and whether
or not you are prepared for the anatomy questions
on the Written Exam - AN EXAM PREP MUST. Be sure
to bring your Bryan Edwards Muscle Flash cards
to the workshop, as well as the Illustrated Essentials
of Musculoskeletal Anatomy book by sieg and adams
practical exam review
In this 2 1/2 hour prep session,
we'll fully explain the Practical Test procedure,
what the examiner is looking for and how to prepare
for it. You will receive valuable information regarding
the marking system and answers to your questions
regarding the marking system and areas of examination.
In addition, you'll see a sample scoring example.
One volunteer will teach the basic principles in
front of the group and the Instructor Trainer will
score them as though it were an actual exam. This
is a great opportunity to see what is expected
during the Practical and how scores are determined.
. . .and, maybe, to be the brave one who volunteers.
written exam review
IIn this
1 1/2 hour prep course, you'll take a practice
test with questions modeled after those on the
actual exam, including exercise questions, programming
questions and anatomy questions. Once you've completed
the practice test, you'll review and discuss the
answers. You will score your own practice exam
privately. This is a great opportunity to practice
your test taking skills and find out what areas
of the material you'll need to focus on for the
exam. You'll also determine whether you are prepared
to take the exam or if you should spend more time
preparing.
