what if I can't make all of the scheduled workouts?
* Missing
time during season 5? If you inform the
front desk and your coach of the time you'll
be missing prior to January 11, we will credit your account for the
group team workouts missed during that
time. Those credited sessions can be used for non-equipment classes on the JGP schedule until April 2, 2010.

awesome program challenges your body like
no other workout program. Studies show that variety
and changing workouts frequently get the
fastest and BEST results. Get in the shape
you’ve always dreamed of with JGPMAX. Workouts feature a variety of exercise modalities including kickboxing, spinning, sculpting, Bosu and Ball workouts, various Pilates equipment, sports drills and more.
new point system: There are two main ways to gain points:
1st -
Points are earned by improvements in body
composition and fitness results including:
-Decrease in inches (measurements taken from chest, waist, thigh, hips)
-Decrease in % body fat
-Increase in % lean body mass
(the following are all based on gender and age)
-Number of push-ups above average for population (Upper Body Strength)
-Number of sit-ups in one minute above average for population (Dynamic Strength)
-Sit and Reach test above average for population (Flexibility)
-Hula Hoop Challenge (NEW) (coordination)
-Tree Pose Challenge (NEW) (balance)
-Wall Sit Challenge (NEW) (Static Strength)
- Jump Rope (Cardio / Coordination)
- Team Relay Race
- Team Obstacle Course
2nd - Points are earned for attendance
-Attendance for team workouts and all 12 non-equipment classes (100 points) *missed workouts can be made up any time during the Final Season with no penalty by attending a JGP class - you may not make up a team workout with another team.
-Additional points - 5 points for each additional JGP class taken per day. 10 points for the second JGP class taken per day and 10 points for each additional class after that. No extra points given for make up sessions. Not including the Team Workout.

JGP Results party: April 9, 6PM. This
season will end with the JGP MAX Results Party and the announcement of the JGP MAX Individual and Team winners.
